We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and results-driven Director to lead a new optical practice. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for patient care and business growth. As the Director with (50 to 75% Ownership), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the practice, managing a fantastic team, and ensuring the highest standards of service and care.

Key Duties:

  • Develop and implement the overall vision and strategic direction for the optical practice.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and business growth, ensuring profitability and long-term sustainability.
  • Act as a representative of the brand, ensuring alignment with the company's core values and mission.
  • Oversee the daily management of the practice, ensuring efficient service delivery and smooth operations.
  • Manage, train, and motivate the team, including optometrists, optical assistants, and administrative staff.
  • Ensure high standards of patient care, customer service, and clinical practices are maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in healthcare and business operations.
  • Monitor costs and find ways to improve efficiency without compromising patient care.
  • Develop strategies to maximize revenue through various services like eye tests, eyewear sales, and other optical services.
