We are currently working with a small group of practices that are looking to recruit a number of associate Dentists across Leeds. The practices have a mix of private and NHS work, ideal for an Associate looking to grow their private patient base. Offering a generous UDA rate and flexible UDA target, this practice offers a fantastic position for an Associate Dentist looking to further their knowledge in a well-established, supportive practice.
There is a great opportunity for the progression into a fully private role, due to the planned expansion of the dental group this practice is part of. This practice offers ongoing support, a qualified team and an enjoyable working environment which has resulted in a fantastic staff retention rate. The practice is now looking to expand their team due to an increase of UDAs.
