We are recruiting a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established and expanding veterinary group based in South Lanarkshire, with a flagship hospital and supporting branch practices. This is a newly created role due to continued growth within the small animal team.
The practice offers a modern, well-equipped hospital environment with a varied first-opinion caseload and strong clinical support. The team includes 14 vets ranging from recent graduates to certificate holders, supported by excellent nursing care including 24/7 nurse cover, ensuring a collaborative and well-balanced working environment.
The role offers:
- Flexible working hours designed around lifestyle and commitments
- Minimal out-of-hours commitment (1 in 11 weeks, practice-based)
- 15-minute consults and a well-supported approach to sole charge
- Salary up to £65,000 DOE, with strong support for CPD and certificates
Clinically, the practice is equipped with laser therapy, video endoscopy, ultrasound and digital X-ray, and offers genuine scope for development through structured career pathways and funded training.
