The role is at a well-established practice currently going through a number of exciting changes, leading to significant improvements in the workload and admin burden on the GPs.

The surgery has a list size of circa 15,000, managed by a stable team of existing Partners and Salaried GPs, supported by an excellent clinical support team including Nurses, ACPs, HCAs, and Pharmacists. There are extensive opportunities for development both clinically and into more senior positions at the practice.
