Key Duties:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of pharmaceutical services.
- Provide expert clinical guidance and support to patients and staff, including overseeing the dispensing process and offering healthcare business performance by managing stock, budgets, and targets, while identifying opportunities to enhance services and community engagement.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the pharmacy team, fostering a positive working environment and ensuring continued professional development.
Package and Benefits:
- Newly qualified first year: £50,000 + generous retention payment.
- Highly supported role for first year in practice.
- Non-IP: £52,000 + generous retention payment.
- IP Pharmacist: £58,000 + generous IP retention payment.
- 34 days holiday per year (includes public holidays).
- GPHC fees paid.
- Additional bonus opportunity.
