Please read on to find out more in regards to a highly regarded practice based in Gosport currently seeking to bring on board a Salaried GP, with an optional view to Partnership. The role is at a well-staffed, modern surgery with a strong existing team of permanent GPs, as well as ANPs and Nursing Staff. They are offering excellent support and a well-managed, flexible work-load which would suit either a newly qualified or more experienced incoming clinician. You would also benefit from minimal admin load and minimal home visiting. The GPs work to 15 minute consultation times and 14 consultations per session.
Located in Gosport, just off the M27 and within easy commute of Portsmouth and Southampton. On-site parking is available for GPs.
Key Duties- Established patient list circa 8000
- Low admin and great support from an experienced multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent clinical support team including Practice Nurses, ANPs, and HCAs
- Offering flexibility of session timings around childcare etc.
- High QOF scores and Good CQC rating
- Support for development of interest areas
- Duty doctor on a rota basis
- Low home visits
- GPs hold own list
- EMIS Web
- £88,000 - £96,000 per annum (FTE) for a Salaried GP
- 6 weeks annual leave and 1 week CPD leave
- Ideally seeking a GP with a view to a high earning Partnership
- Coverage of medical indemnity by the Practice
- Contract in line with BMA model contract terms
- NHS Pension scheme enrolment
