This is a unique opportunity to join a highly successful training surgery in Cheltenham as a Salaried GP. The team have developed as a multi-disciplinary set-up, with GPs, ANPs, Pharmacists and nursing staff, in order to remove strain from incoming GPs. You will benefit from excellent support, flexible working patterns, and funding for the development on clinical interest areas. The practice would be happy to bring in a Salaried GP on either a part time or full time basis. Located in Cheltenham easily commutable from Gloucester and just off the M5. Ample on-site parking is provided.

Key Duties

  • Well educated patient list of just over 5,000 with a low number of home visits, and great support from an experienced permanent clinical team including Permanent GPs, as well as ANPs, Pharmacists and Paramedics.
  • Offering 4-8 sessions per week with flexible working hours around child care.
  • Strong existing team of permanent GPs.
  • Low duty Doctor and minimal home visits.

Package and Benefits

  • £84,000 - £88,000 per annum (FTE) for a Salaried GP.
  • Coverage of medical negligence policy costs by the Practice.

  • BMA model contract.
  • 6 weeks holiday and 1 week study leave.
