An excellent opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Manager to lead a well‑established independent pharmacy within a modern Health Centre. Pharmacists seeking a managerial role or a position with clear progression are encouraged to apply.
You would be joining a supportive, well‑structured team in a modern, easily accessible pharmacy with a strong local reputation. The role offers involvement in the day‑to‑day running of the branch, with scope to continue and develop services or clinics aligned to your clinical interests. Independent Prescriber (IP) support is available.
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm = 45 hrs p/w
Key Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant dispensing of prescriptions.
- Manage, support, and develop the pharmacy team to maintain high professional standards.
- Lead and deliver clinical services, including travel health clinics, vaccinations, and other enhanced services aligned to your interests and qualifications.
- Manage stock control, inventory, and the safe storage of medicines, including controlled drugs.
Package and Benefits:
- Salary between £58,500p/a - 74,880p/a depending on experience and IP qualification
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
- 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
