My client is looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to join a well-established, community-focused pharmacy, committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
You’ll lead a friendly and dedicated team, including an ACT, a trainee, and Healthcare Partners, working together to provide excellent service in a supportive environment, set in a pretty village location. The branch dispenses approximately 4,000 items per month and offers a range of services, including emergency contraception, supervised consumption, flu vaccinations, blood pressure monitoring, smoking cessation, and a skin clinic. Automated dispensing technology is in place, helping to streamline workload and create more time for patient care. Dispensing is supported by a modern pharmacy system to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Hours required: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm = 42.5 hrs per week.
Key Duties- Daily: oversee a dedicated team of pharmacy staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines
- Provide medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concerns
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimise patient care
- Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management
- Salary based on 42.5 hrs per week
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays (Increasing to 40 days with length of service)
- GPhC fees paid
- Performance related bonus of up to £5,000 per year

- MUST be a qualified and registered Pharmacist in the UK
- MUST be registered with the GPhC
