You'll be part of a highly capable team of Vets, Nurses, and support staff who are committed to delivering the best care to their patients - and enjoy a great social atmosphere outside of work too.
The practice is fully equipped with in-house lab facilities, digital x-ray, ultrasound, and multiparameter monitoring. A visiting surgery certificate holder supports with orthopaedics and more advanced procedures, allowing the team to handle a wide variety of cases.
The Role:
- Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon - 3 to 4 days per week (9am-7pm)
- 1 in 4 weekend rota, no out-of-hours or late nights
- Varied caseload including soft tissue, emergency, and routine surgery
- Clinical freedom to manage cases your way, with peer support when needed
- Opportunity for progression into a Senior or Clinical Lead position
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in UK small animal practice
- Confident in consultations, general surgery, and case management
- A strong communicator who thrives in a team environment
- Interest in developing clinical or leadership skills further
