We are recruiting a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a large, well-established practice group operating across three sites in the Dundee and Angus area. This opportunity has arisen due to a recent resignation and offers the chance to work within a highly supportive, well-resourced clinical environment. The role spans both hospital and first-opinion settings, with no sole charge, strong clinical back-up and access to an exceptionally broad in-house caseload. The team includes 28 vets and 30+ nurses, creating an environment where collaboration, case discussion and development are genuinely encouraged.
Role highlights:
- 30 - 40 hours per week with flexibility, no out-of-hours, and a 1:18 weekend rota
- 15-minute consults with flexibility between consulting and surgery
- Salary up to £70,000, with full support for CPD and certificates
- Clinically, the practice is extremely well equipped, including CT, laparoscopy, video endoscopy, ultrasound, digital radiography, dental x-ray, ECG and in-house laboratory facilities, alongside referral-level orthopaedic and soft tissue work.
