Are you a vet with strong clinical expertise and a passion for leadership? We are seeking an experienced Head Vet to lead a dedicated team and drive a busy, modern practice toward clinical excellence.
The Role
- As Head Vet, you'll play a key role in shaping the clinical strategy, coaching and inspiring colleagues, and ensuring the delivery of gold-standard, evidence-based care.
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position and is passionate about upskilling their team while maintaining the highest standards of veterinary care.
- Working pattern: 4 days per week
- Weekend rota: 1:4
- Out-of-hours: None, except on-call for overnight inpatients
- Lead and develop a highly skilled veterinary team
- Drive continuous improvement in clinical standards and services
