Key Duties
Dispensing Optician Practice Manager
The position is full-time, with hours per week to be specified. Practice hours are Monday to Friday, with Saturday hours until 4 pm. We seek someone passionate, ambitious, confident in their skills, friendly, and helpful. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. Previous management experience is necessary, along with a clinical mindset and commercial awareness. A good understanding of KPIs is also required.
