Key Duties

  • Dispensing Manager Role
  • Available 5 days a week
  • Practice Hours: from 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, 11am to 6pm Sundays
  • Pre-screening patients as well as dispensing to all levels is required
  • Drive team and sales
  • Targets: Sales; KPIs: AOV; CR; ST, on most weekends
  • Staff training
  • Purchasing stock
  • Hiring and disciplinaries
  • Rota management
  • Assessing practice KPIs or financial data
  • Creating business or marketing plans
