Key Duties
- Dispensing Manager Role
- Available 5 days a week
- Practice Hours: from 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, 11am to 6pm Sundays
- Pre-screening patients as well as dispensing to all levels is required
- Drive team and sales
- Targets: Sales; KPIs: AOV; CR; ST, on most weekends
- Staff training
- Purchasing stock
- Hiring and disciplinaries
- Rota management
- Assessing practice KPIs or financial data
- Creating business or marketing plans

- Base salary up to £30,000 depending on level of experience
