A well-established, RCVS-accredited small animal practice in Essex is looking for a passionate and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join their supportive team. With two well-equipped branches and a strong focus on both clinical excellence and employee wellbeing, this is an ideal role for someone who values collaboration, flexibility, and professional development. Key Duties

  • Provide high-quality small animal veterinary care across consults and surgery
  • Minimum 15-minute consults with longer appointments for more complex cases (e.g. dermatology, euthanasia)
  • 1+ surgical ops day per week
  • Option to be based at one site or rotate between two branches
  • No out-of-hours or on-call duties
  • Full-time: 45 days per week with 1 in 3 Saturdays
  • Part-time: Flexible hours considered
  • Time allocated for admin, case discussions, and follow-ups
