We have an amazing opportunity to join an excellent dental practice located in Colchester, who are seeking a new Associate Dentist to work part-time with potential for full-time, with excellent earning potential. The role is at a long-standing and stable practice with an excellent team of existing dentists, nurses, hygienists, and management. The surgery is well organised with the Associates having no extra responsibilities, meaning they can focus on customer care.

It is a mixed practice NHS/Private (70%/30%) with high earnings. The UDA rate is competitive at £12.5-13 per UDA and there is a 50% split on private work. The practice has fully modern equipment and dental software.

Key Duties
  • Associate Dentist Role - 2 days a week available
  • Practice Hours: Mon-Tue 9-6 (1-2 Lunch), Wed 9-5 (1-2 Lunch), Thur 9-7 (1-2.30 Lunch), Fri 9-4.30 (12-1.30 Lunch), Sat 9-1
  • Associates are welcome to sell Invisalign, implants or any other specialist service if qualified to do so.
  • 50% split of private work
  • Number of UDAs are dependent on number of days worked
  • 50% on lab fees
  • Team of existing dentists supported by nurses, hygienists, a private GP, neurologist, hearing clinic, podiatrist
