Key Duties
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, providing an excellent work-life balance with no weekends or late nights. Responsibilities will include ensuring long-term client satisfaction and maintaining strong customer relationships through our market-leading aftercare processes. You will conduct thorough hearing evaluations and recommend hearing solutions from a range of high-end hearing aids, tailored to meet your clients' clinical needs, budget, and lifestyle requirements.
