Our client, a leader in the dental industry, is one of the largest dental networks in Australasia, with multiple brands operating across Australia and New Zealand. Based in the heart of Canberra, supporting the community for over 43 years, our client is currently looking for a full-time, dedicated periodontist to join their talented team in their regional practice.

About the Roles:

Founded in 1980, our client's clinic is a highly respected specialist practice focusing on periodontics and implants. Featuring five state-of-the-art treatment rooms, advanced technology, and a committed team, they are proud to support their expanding team of two Periodontists and four Hygienists. This practice boasts a beautiful environment, with well-maintained gardens visible from nearly every treatment room, along with a central shaded courtyard encircled by lush greenery. The peaceful and pleasant atmosphere provides a soothing and enjoyable space for both patients and staff.

Key Duties:

  • Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care.
  • Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients and team members.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice.
  • Maintaining patient records.
  • Diagnosing and treating periodontal diseases.
  • Performing surgical procedures such as gum grafts, crown lengthening and dental implants.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Providing preventative treatment.
  • Resolving gum issues.
  • Educating patients on maintaining optimal oral health.
