Join a Pharmacy where you're truly valued as a Pharmacist Manager. My client is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to take the lead in a modern, well‑established branch situated in a friendly residential area with great local amenities. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a growing, people‑focused independent pharmacy group that genuinely prioritises the wellbeing of its team and its patients. This is a compact, easily accessible site with plenty of nearby parking.

In this role, you'll oversee the daily running of the branch, ensuring high standards are consistently maintained. Supported by a 2nd Pharmacist 40 hrs p/w. If you're an Independent Prescriber, you'll also benefit from an enhanced salary (not advertised). This role offers more than a standard management position; it's an opportunity to join a supportive, close‑knit team with a shared commitment to delivering exceptional care and improving access to healthcare within the community. You'll have the autonomy to make a difference, backed by a 2nd FT Pharmacist and an experienced team.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 6.30pm (1hr unpaid lunch). 1:2 Saturdays 9am - 12pm. Between 40.85 and 45.25 average hours p/w (depending on work pattern). Support to complete your IP.

Key Duties:
  • Lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Oversee the safe sourcing and supply of medicines.
  • Provide vaccinations and immunisations.
  • Ensure patients receive accurate prescriptions and expert guidance.
Package and Benefits:

Salary range based on min and max hours available p/w, depending on experience. Additional pay for Independent Prescribers. 4 weeks' annual leave + bank holidays (negotiable). GPhC fees paid. Company pension (NEST auto‑enrolment).
