Join this forward-thinking practice with a patient list size of 17,000 and a strong ethos of providing high-quality care to a mixed demographic. As part of our commitment to supporting medical education, they are a training practice with two partners who are GP trainers. The team is supported by a diverse clinical and administrative team, including 5 ANPs, 4 prescribers, 7 nurses, and 2 practice pharmacists. The practice is located in a residential area, easily accessible with secure on-site parking. They are looking to expand our team with a dynamic and dedicated Salaried GP, with the potential to progress to a Partnership.
Role Overview:
- Salaried GP with view to Partnership
- Sessions: 6 per week
- Opening Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 18:30 (additional Saturday mornings available at an enhanced rate)
- On-call: On-call team consisting of 1 GP + 2 ANPs
- Workload: Average 16 patients in the AM, 12 patients in the PM (mixture of face-to-face, telephone, pre-bookable, same-day, and GP-only appointments)
- Home Visits: Typically 2 per day
- Clinical Support: Includes ANPs (prescribers), specialist nurses, mental health support, and a dedicated team of administrative staff
- Location: Easy to commute to, located in a residential area with ample parking
