We are looking for a motivated and experienced Pharmacy Dispenser (NVQ Level 2) to join our team as part of an exciting pharmacy rebrand. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growing pharmacy with ambition. The branch is currently dispensing around 2,000 items per month, with a clear goal to increase this to 7,000 items per month as quickly as possible.
The Role
- Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions
- Supporting the pharmacist with day-to-day pharmacy operations
- Providing excellent customer and patient service
- Assisting with stock control and ordering
- Supporting and promoting pharmacy services
- Playing an active role in the growth and development of the pharmacy
About You
- NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (essential)
- Previous community pharmacy experience
- Confident, proactive, and organised
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with additional pharmacy services (services, vaccinations support, NMS, CPCS) is a bonus
