Are you a vet looking for a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same? We are working with a busy, fully equipped small animal practice seeking a dedicated vet to join their supportive and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced vets and confident newly qualified candidates who want to grow their skills in a dynamic, mobile and in-clinic environment.
The Role
- Full-time: 9:00 - 19:00, 4 days per week
- Weekend rota: 1:3 or 1:4 Saturday (9:00 - 14:00 in-practice, 14:00 - 19:00 home visits and euthanasia work)
- Mix of work:
- Mobile theatre visits (with nurse support)
- Home visits (sole charge, no nurse)
- In-practice consultations and surgeries, including referral-level procedures

- Multiple theatres, including two dental theatres and three clean theatres
- State-of-the-art equipment: digital X-ray, dental X-ray, endoscope, bronchoscope, laser, IDEXX lab
- Separate cat floor, isolation units, and kennels for dogs and cats
- Staff facilities include a kitchen, shower, and staff room; on-site parking available

- Mobile and clinic-based practice, enjoy a mix of in-practice surgery and mobile visits
About You
- Team player with excellent clinical skills
- Able to work up cases independently and provide outstanding patient care
- Confident in both mobile and clinic-based settings
- Open to a busy but flexible and supportive work environment
The Package
- Salary: Dependent on experience (£50k - £55k typical for 5 years' experience)
- Holiday: 28 days per year
- CPD allowance: £1,500 (certificate support available)
- Benefits: Private health insurance, in-house therapist, RCVS & VDS fees covered, bonus/commission opportunities, Vehicle provided for mobile work
