An established, purpose-built small animal practice in Berkshire is looking to welcome an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join its friendly, close-knit team as part of an exciting growth phase. This is a genuinely flexible opportunity, offering full-time or part-time hours, no out-of-hours, no Sundays or bank holidays, and a fair 1:4 Saturday rota. Worklife balance is taken seriously, with well-managed diaries and a strong emphasis on sustainable workloads and high-quality, client-focused care.
The practice is modern and very well equipped, enabling most cases to be worked up in-house. Facilities include advanced monitoring, dental radiography, ultrasound, in-house lab, and regenerative medicine capabilities such as PRP, alongside support from visiting orthopaedic and ophthalmology specialists.
You will be joining an experienced and supportive clinical team led by a highly qualified Practice Owner with advanced surgical training and specialist interests. The caseload is varied, and there is real scope to develop clinical interests, with certificates actively encouraged and fully funded. New ideas and CPD experience are genuinely welcomed.
