Based in the heart of Canberra, supporting the community for over 43 years, our client is currently looking for a full-time, dedicated periodontist to join their talented team in their regional practice.
About the Roles:
Founded in 1980, our client's clinic is a highly respected specialist practice focusing on periodontics and implants. Featuring five state-of-the-art treatment rooms, advanced technology, and a committed team, they are proud to support their expanding team of two Periodontists and four Hygienists. This practice boasts a beautiful environment, with well-maintained gardens visible from nearly every treatment room, along with a central shaded courtyard encircled by lush greenery. The peaceful and pleasant atmosphere provides a soothing and enjoyable space for both patients and staff.
Key Duties:
- Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care.
- Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care.
- Foster strong relationships with patients and team members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice.
- Maintaining patient records.
- Diagnosing and treating periodontal diseases.
- Performing surgical procedures such as gum grafts, crown lengthening and dental implants.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans.
- Providing preventative treatment.
- Resolving gum issues.
- Educating patients on maintaining optimal oral health.
