Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical cover across multiple branches within the group
- Act as a link between practices to help maintain high clinical standards
- Induct and onboard new starters into the business
- Facilitate experience days as part of the interview process for new recruits
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to create engaging online training content
- Deliver ongoing coaching and support to the Dispensing Optician team across the network
- Qualified and GOC-registered Dispensing Optician
- Passionate about mentoring and supporting others
- Confident communicator with the ability to inspire and lead by example
- Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and be happy to travel (up to 90 minutes from Basingstoke)
