Key Duties
- Support the business owners in managing online presence, website, marketing, branding, and product offerings with high attention to detail.
- Assist clients through hearing examinations and provide bespoke product recommendations.
- Contribute to the global expansion efforts of the organization with energy and enthusiasm.
- Work flexibly in a hybrid role, remotely in the UK, face-to-face with clients, and possibly in Southern Europe if open to travel. This is a new role requiring flexibility according to business needs.
Package and Benefits
This position offers the possibility of rapid advancement to a more senior role, working closely with a leading Audiologist. Salary and benefits are negotiable based on experience, with full travel expenses paid, and potential profit-sharing if progressing toward partnership or Board level.
Key Skills, Qualifications, and Client Requirements
- HCPC registered or eligible as a Hearing Aid dispenser or BSc/MSc qualified Audiologist with strong business acumen.
- Experience in managing or owning a business, or roles such as Sales Director or Operations Director within hear care industry is highly desirable.
- Experience in digital marketing and retail website management is advantageous.
- Right to work in the UK and a driver’s license are preferred.
