Responsibilities

  • Part time opportunity working Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm, with occasional Saturday required.
  • Provide empathetic, customer-centered service in a trusted opticians with a loyal customer base.
  • Clinic-based role within Optical practices.
  • Work across multiple sites between different locations in Essex; the only equipment to be moved is a laptop and audiometer.
  • Established independent business with an extensive private candidate database readily available for you to utilize.
  • Highly experienced support team and you will work closely with the main business owner and another experienced Audiologist.

Package and Benefits

  • Negotiable basic salary up to circa £40,000 FTE depending upon experience with market-leading earning potential of £70,000+.
  • Earn 10% commission on each sale with no threshold and an uncapped commission structure.
  • 28 days holiday allowance – 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • HCPC registration required.
  • Minimum of 2 years\’ experience post qualification, ideally within the private sector.
  • Previous sales experience in the private sector highly advantageous.
  • Full UK driving license required.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
