Key Duties
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, providing an excellent work-life balance with no weekends or late nights required.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring long-term client satisfaction and maintaining strong customer relationships through our market-leading aftercare processes.
This role involves both clinic and field work, so the successful candidate should be open to travel and enjoy the professional freedom this offers during the work week.
You will conduct thorough hearing evaluations and recommend hearing solutions from a range of high-end hearing aids, tailored to meet your clients clinical needs, budget, and lifestyle requirements.
