Prospect Health are currently working with a Client based in Birmingham and Hinckley who are looking to grow their dedicated team to work in their newly renovated and refurbished practices. The practices are looking to hire 2 Associate Dentists for their Hinckley practice. The right candidate will be offered £11 per UDA, along with an achievable and flexible UDA target. The Hinckley practice offers both NHS and private work and since the refurbishment, they are now looking to grow the private side of the practice. Full time associate preferred, however a part time role can be considered. This is the ideal position for an associate looking to further their knowledge as the practice offers an array of training and courses in house on a regular basis.

Key Duties

  • Interacting with patients and advising on care
  • Performing necessary procedures once diagnosis has been established
  • Fostering professional relationships with dentists at the centre
  • Delivering exceptional dental care and excellent customer service
  • Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures
