We are currently recruiting for an individual to join our Estates Maintenance Team. As part of the team, you will provide cleaning, caretaking, environmental and landscape maintenance work within tenanted properties and common areas of Prospect’s housing developments.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well organised and committed to providing the best service possible to our tenants. A positive, customer focused attitude is essential. Previous experience of commercial cleaning and/or landscape gardening is desirable, but training will be provided to the successful candidate. A driving licence is essential.

Prospect began in 1988, when 8 local people came together and decided they wanted to build new quality houses in Wester Hailes and that’s exactly what they did. Prospect now have almost 900 homes in Wester Hailes. These homes are a mixture of flats and houses in both new and refurbished estates. We are a non-profit making charitable registered social landlord.
