Responsibilities
Material Planning & Logistics
- Own material availability for assigned commodities ensuring 100% on-time supply to production.
- Maintain and optimise MRP parameters (lead times, reorder points, safety stocks).
- Build and manage short- and medium-term production material plans aligned with build schedules.
- Track and report key MP&L KPIs inventory turns, supplier OTIF, shortages, logistics cost, and material coverage.
- Support warehouse and logistics flow optimisation during new model launch.
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Manage purchase orders, supplier schedules, and pricing updates within ERP/MRP system.
