My client, a British manufacturer of iconic vehicles, requires an experienced Diagnostic Technician as it continues to scale up an iconic British heritage brand with a focus on electric vehicle technology. Responsibilities: * Perform in-depth diagnostics and troubleshooting of complex electrical, electronic, and software systems in electric vehicles. * Develop, validate, and implement diagnostic procedures for fault isolation and resolution. * Utilise diagnostic tools, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, CAN analysis, and vehicle-specific software, to identify root causes. * Provide expert-level support to dealerships and customers for escalated diagnostic issues. * Deliver remote and on-site technical assistance, ensuring minimal downtime and a superior customer experience. * Analyse diagnostic data to identify trends and recurring issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
