My client, an iconic manufacturer of handcrafted supercars, requires an experienced Warehouse Manager to join its team to play a pivotal role in setting up a new warehouse facility and associated new systems.

This is a key leadership position for someone who enjoys driving operational excellence, leading teams through change, and creating a high performance culture.

Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will take ownership of the new factory set up, and be responsible for the overall management of warehouse operations while also taking ownership of Health & Safety, facilities management, and operational compliance.

Responsibilities: Lead, coach and manage the Logistics team, ensuring workloads are allocated effectively Oversee Goods In, Stores and Dispatch to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Ensure accurate stock management through the ERP system, maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy.

Monitor operational performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and service levels.

Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics partners.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions Take ownership of Health & Safety across the business, ensuring compliance with UK legislation and internal policies.

Requirements: Proven background in logistics management, ideally within an automotive or motorsport environment Previous experience in setting up a new factory would be desirable Strong leadership and team management capabilities Experience using MRP/ERP systems Understanding of lean practices within logistics, inventory and production Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
