My client, a leading supplier of composite components to F1 and motorsport requires an experienced composite laminator for an urgent F1 project. This is a contract role outside IR35.
Responsibilities:
- Laminating and manufacturing high-performance composite components.
- Working from engineering drawings and lay-up manuals to exact specifications.
- Preparing, laying up, and curing pre-preg carbon fibre.
- Keep all equipment maintained.
- Meet delivery targets for customers while maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a composite laminator in the F1, motorsport or automotive sectors.
- Strong background working with pre-preg materials.
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
