Composite Trimmer in Derby

My client, a leading supplier of composite components to F1, motorsport, automotive, aerospace, defence and marine requires an experienced composite trimmer for an urgent project. This is a contract role outside IR35. Responsibilities: Trimming, bonding and assembling carbon fibre components utilizing engineering drawings and build manuals Checking information on drawings is clear Checking route card instructions are correct Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency Keep all equipment maintained Meet delivery targets for customers while maintaining high quality standards Requirements: Proven experience as a composite trimmer/fitter in the motorsport, automotive, aerospace or defence sectors Strong background working with pre-preg materials Ability to read and work from engineering drawings Good attention to detail Ability to work to tight deadlines Reliable, hardworking and committed to high-quality workmanship
