Prospa Group is a fast-growing group of businesses spanning performance marketing, CRO, recruitment, and e-commerce investments. We operate multiple brands under one group structure and are building a best-in-class internal team to support long-term growth. We’re now looking for an Internal Group Recruiter to take ownership of hiring across 7 companies within the group, partnering closely with founders and senior leadership. This is a true in-house recruitment role, not agency-style.
You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring across multiple businesses, building scalable recruitment processes, and helping shape the future of each team. You’ll work directly with founders, directors, and hiring managers to understand growth plans and translate them into smart, efficient hiring strategies.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own end-to-end recruitment across 7 internal companies
- Hire across a range of roles including: Marketing (Paid Media, Creative, CRO, Strategy), E-commerce & Growth, Operations & Support, Commercial & Leadership roles
- Partner with founders and senior stakeholders on workforce planning
- Write and manage job ads, screening, interviews, and offers
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines (LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing)
- Improve and standardise recruitment processes across the group
- Champion candidate experience and employer brand
- Track hiring metrics and report on progress
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in internal recruitment or agency recruitment (in-house experience a big plus)
- Comfortable hiring across multiple roles and businesses at once
- Strong stakeholder management — confident working with founders and senior leaders
- Hands-on sourcer who enjoys finding great people, not just managing inboxes
- Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
- Experience recruiting in marketing, digital, e-commerce or agency environments is highly desirable
Why Join Prospa Group?
- Work directly with founders and decision-makers
- Real ownership and influence over hiring strategy
- Variety — multiple brands, roles, and challenges
- Flexible working: Hybrid or fully remote
- Fast-growing group with long-term opportunity
- No sales targets. No agency pressure. Just building great teams.
Location & Flexibility
- Hybrid: 3 days per week in our London or Manchester office
- Or fully remote for the right candidate
