  • We are seeking an experienced

Senior Project / Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a business-facing data transformation programme centred on the implementation of Snowflake as the enterprise data platform.

The role will work closely with Sales, CRM, Commercial and Business stakeholders to deliver improved reporting, analytics and customer insight through the integration of Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a Snowflake data transformation programme.
  • Manage business-facing workstreams across CRM, Commercial and Operations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT, data engineering and third-party vendors.
  • Drive requirements gathering, planning, governance, RAID management and executive reporting.
  • Oversee integration of Salesforce CRM and other enterprise systems into the Snowflake platform.
  • Ensure successful business adoption of new reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Support change management and organisational readiness activities.

  • Proven delivery of enterprise data transformation programmes.
  • Strong Project or Programme Management background within large organisations and Senior client / Business engagement.
  • Experience delivering Snowflake, cloud data platform or enterprise data warehouse programmes.

  • Strong stakeholder management across both business and technology teams.
  • Experience delivering reporting, analytics or business intelligence initiatives.
