We are looking for an experienced IS Supplier Relationship Analyst to support the governance and performance management of key technology suppliers. This role will report to the IS Transformation Manager and will be critical in ensuring suppliers deliver against contractual commitments, drive value, and align with strategic business objectives.

Location: London or Aberdeen (Hybrid working)

Contract Type: Permanent or Contract considered

What you’ll do

  • Act as the primary IS contact for key suppliers
  • Lead structured governance forums including monthly service reviews and QBRs
  • Track actions, manage risks, and ensure alignment to delivery priorities
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Monitor supplier KPIs, SLAs, and overall performance
  • Produce insightful reporting including trend analysis and risk identification
  • Translate operational and contractual data into clear business insights
  • Contract Compliance & Change Control
  • Ensure supplier delivery aligns with contractual obligations
  • Support change requests, contract amendments, and scope variations
  • Identify and elevate risks, non‑compliance, and performance issues
  • Operational Support & Issue Resolution
  • Act as escalation point for supplier‑related issues
  • Assist with vendor audits and ensure documentation compliance
  • Evaluate supplier performance to identify cost‑saving and innovation opportunities
  • Collaborate with procurement to inform sourcing decisions
  • Support alignment of suppliers with transformation and strategic goals

What to bring

  • Strong experience managing supplier/vendor relationships within IS / Technology environments
  • Experience with vendor governance frameworks (e.g. ITIL, SIAM)
  • Solid understanding of contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and change control processes
  • Ability to interpret technical and commercial data and translate into actionable insight
  • Experience using ERP systems (e.g. SAP), Power BI, and supplier performance scorecards
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
