Reference: 2715Posted on 15 January 2026We\βre looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our team and support critical Digital and Cyber initiatives throughout 2026. This role is pivotal in driving successful change across multiple value streams, ensuring strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and effective team leadership. You\βll take ownership of change delivery, providing confidence that cyber change initiatives are managed end-to-end. This includes leading a small team of Change Analysts, supporting project meetings, reviewing change plans and materials, and preparing governance documentation for senior stakeholders. The role will be for an initial period of 6 months.What you\βll do Manage and mentor a team of Change Analysts aligned to several cyber workstreamsOversee change plans, materials, and ensure quality deliveryPrepare formal governance materials and attend programme board meetingsEngage business stakeholders and leaders to secure buy-in and drive user adoptionProvide honest feedback on progress, risks, and issuesEnsure each resource has a clear month-on-month plan and workload trackingWhat to bring Proven experience as a Change Manager in large-scale digital or cyber programmesStrong leadership skills with experience managing people and teamsAbility to work on-site in operational environments (not office-based)Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsConfident personality with the ability to take ownership and deliver resultsFamiliarity with governance processes and change frameworksHow to Apply We\βre committed to creating an inclusive and accessible recruitment process.
