What you’ll do

  • Develop tailored change management strategies for large‑scale transformation and digital workplace initiatives
  • Review existing change plans, providing expert guidance on improvements and best‑practice approaches
  • Apply recognised change frameworks and support Agile and iterative delivery environments
  • Contribute to and develop change networks and champions within client organisations

Planning & Implementation

  • Create comprehensive change, engagement and communication plans aligned with project milestones
  • Support project teams throughout the change lifecycle, identifying risks early and ensuring readiness
  • Ensure change activities are fully integrated into broader programme delivery schedules

Impact Assessment & Readiness

  • Identify impacted user groups and assess the level and nature of organisational change
  • Work with internal and client stakeholders to articulate impacts and develop appropriate adoption tactics
  • Monitor user sentiment, readiness and feedback to guide continuous improvement

Engagement & Communications

  • Produce clear, engaging, user‑focused communications that support awareness, understanding and adoption
  • Deliver multi‑channel content (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, email, intranet) tailored to diverse audiences
  • Ensure messaging is consistent, accessible, and aligned with programme objectives

Feedback & Insights
