What you’ll do
- Lead communications activity as part of a project delivery team
- Assess change readiness and define communication and change management strategies
- Oversee stakeholder management and communication planning
- Develop communication and marketing strategies to support change and adoption
- Create a wide range of communication and marketing collateral
- Support stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery and implementation
- Clearly communicate the business drivers behind change
- Take responsibility for all written and verbal communications, reporting, and interactions with key stakeholders, including implementation teams, steering committees, and business leaders
- Facilitate workshops across different levels of the organisation to support understanding, engagement, and readiness for change
