We're looking for a talented and motivated Solutions Architect (Asset Management) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to impactful projects and help deliver solutions that create real value for our clients. Location: Ideally Glasgow, Aberdeen or Perth (Hybrid Working), but Remote working with occasional travel to Scotland will also be considered for the right candidate.

What you’ll do:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate asset management requirements into scalable, secure, and future-proof technical solutions.
- Define solution roadmaps, integration patterns, and architectural standards across asset-intensive systems.
- Provide governance and oversight to ensure solutions adhere to enterprise architecture principles and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, infrastructure, and operations) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations to enhance system capabilities within the asset management landscape.
- Support programme and project delivery from initial design through to implementation and ongoing improvement.
What to bring:
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with a focus on Asset Management.
- Hands-on expertise with Enterprise Asset Management software is required.
- Strong understanding of asset-intensive industries (e.g., utilities, transport, energy, manufacturing, oil & gas).
- Broad architectural knowledge including application, integration, infrastructure, and security domains.
- Experience in defining and implementing enterprise-scale solutions within complex environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to bridge technical and business discussions.
- Knowledge of industry standards, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, or similar).
- Maximo (design, implementation, and integration) is a bonus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integration approaches (APIs, middleware, microservices).
- Familiarity with IoT, predictive maintenance, and digital twin solutions within asset management.
- Previous consulting or advisory experience.
