We’re seeking a motivated and detail‑driven HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team on a full‑time, permanent basis, working onsite at our prosource.it offices Monday to Friday (40 hours per week). This role is perfect for someone who already has a grounding in HR processes and is ready to broaden their exposure across onboarding, employee lifecycle support, compliance, and HR operations. What you’ll do:
- Manage the new start and leaver processes, ensuring HR/payroll systems are updated.
- Produce offer emails, contracts, new starter and induction information and carry out company inductions.
- Process benefits for new starts and leavers and answer general queries regarding the Company benefits scheme. The HR Administrator may also be involved in annual benefits renewals.
- Assist with the administration of right to work checks and the Company’s sponsor licence duties, including supporting visa applications.
- Provide coordination and administrative support for maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental, and parental leave processes.
- Maintain employee files and HR system, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Produce HR data reports when required and present these to the HR Manager/Advisor.
- Draft, issue and process any letters, ensuring follow up actions are recorded and completed.
- Record and manage employee absence levels, escalating issues to the HR Advisor/Manager.
- Assist the HR Advisor/Manager with general/adhoc administration requests (e.g. arranging meetings, taking minutes).
- Assist in coordinating training, appraisal reminders and other HR initiatives.
- Provide cover for other members of the HR team as required.
- Activities to be in accordance with security best practice and requirements of the ISMS.

- Previous experience in HR administration and a genuine interest in developing your HR career.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high‑quality records and documentation.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally with employees at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and prior experience using an HR system or database.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
- Good time‑management and prioritisation skills, especially when handling multiple tasks or deadlines.
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset, with the confidence to work independently and follow tasks through to completion.
- A calm, professional approach when dealing with sensitive, personal or confidential matters.
- A team‑focused attitude and willingness to support colleagues and contribute positively to HR projects and initiatives.
- A customer‑service‑oriented approach, ensuring employees receive a friendly, timely, and accurate HR experience.
