Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a national field technology deployment programme. The initial focus of the role will be the successful delivery of a large-scale field laptop deployment, ensuring devices, associated services, user readiness, and support capabilities are implemented efficiently across the organisation. Once the national field technology deployment programme is completed, the candidate will then lead additional initiatives focused on the collection, processing, and distribution of dynamic field data to operational systems and end users, supporting improved network management and operational performance.
This role sits at the intersection of Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) and requires an experienced project leader capable of managing complex technical deployments, multiple stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and business change activities. Working closely with Technology, Operations, Field Services, Infrastructure, Security, and external partners, you will be accountable for delivering projects safely, efficiently, on time, within budget, and aligned to agreed business outcomes.

- Support additional initiatives focused on improving the collection, processing, and utilisation of dynamic field data
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Engage with stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Field Services, and business teams.
- Provide clear project reporting, governance, and delivery updates
- Facilitate decision-making and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Delivery & Governance
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and delivery partners
- Establish and track project success metrics and operational benefits
- Ensure effective governance, quality assurance, and change management processes are in place

- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead delivering technology projects
- Strong project governance, planning, risk, and budget management skills
- Experience working across technical, operational, and business stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication and supplier management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within complex delivery environments
- Experience delivering Azure Tenant and Domain Management changes
- Experience with laptop deployment and endpoint management solutions
