We’re looking for experienced Business Analysts to support a portfolio of active delivery work. These roles require confident, self-starting individuals who are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and driving analysis activity at pace.

What you’ll do:
- Work across a portfolio of initiatives, supporting requirements gathering, analysis, and delivery activities.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs, challenge assumptions, and shape effective solutions.
- Capture and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support delivery teams.
- Analyse current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and resilience.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and drive alignment across stakeholders.
- Support the definition and mapping of business processes, ensuring clarity across impacted teams.
- Contribute to delivery planning, testing activities, and implementation support where required.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing priorities and outputs in a fast-paced environment.
What to bring:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a delivery-focused environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at senior levels.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter, taking ownership of analysis activity and deliverables.
- Experience in process mapping, requirements elicitation, and solution definition.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with a willingness to challenge and improve existing ways of working.
- Experience within network environments is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Background in outage management or operational resilience is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile, PRINCE2, or other delivery methodologies is beneficial.
Professional Qualifications and/or practical experience:
- Business Analysis (IIBA).
- IT service management (ITIL, COBIT), project management (PRINCE2, APM, Agile).
