We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our team and support critical Digital and Cyber initiatives throughout 2026. This role is pivotal in driving successful change across multiple value streams, ensuring strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and effective team leadership. You’ll take ownership of change delivery, providing confidence that cyber change initiatives are managed end-to-end. This includes leading a small team of Change Analysts, supporting project meetings, reviewing change plans and materials, and preparing governance documentation for senior stakeholders. The role will be for an initial period of 6 months.
What you’ll do
- Manage and mentor a team of Change Analysts aligned to several cyber workstreams
- Oversee change plans, materials, and ensure quality delivery
- Prepare formal governance materials and attend programme board meetings
- Engage business stakeholders and leaders to secure buy-in and drive user adoption
- Provide honest feedback on progress, risks, and issues
- Ensure each resource has a clear month-on-month plan and workload tracking
