2452 – End User Computing SME

We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled EUC SME to join our team in Aberdeen or London, delivering the Audio Visual (AV) & End User Computing (EUC) scope of work as part of a new office project.

What you’ll do

• Work with third-party vendors to ensure deployment of AV solutions meets company standards and provide guidance on all aspects of installation.
• Create/update user guides for deployed AV solutions.
• Update process documentation related to new AV services, including routine maintenance requirements.
• Plan and lead deployment of end-user equipment.
• Support user moves to the new office.
• Support onsite deployment of the new Canon managed print solution.
• Update desktop client configurations/policies as required during the move.

What to bring

• Experience configuring Microsoft Teams Room Systems, ideally using Logitech and Neat products.
• Experience with Intune, including Android device management.
• Experience supporting Dell end-user hardware.
