Are you a fully qualified Vehicle Technician looking to join a friendly and motivated team? The successful candidate must have in-depth knowledge of motor and ideally light commercial vehicles, the ability to work individually or as a team. To have an enthusiastic interest and approach to resolving vehicle problems and take pride in delivering an excellent service to clients.
The Job:
- Removal & fitting of engine, clutch, and gearbox components.
- Experience of LGV.
- To conduct road tests and locate area of the potential problem.
- Time management and meeting deadlines.
- Diagnose faults using diagnostics machines where necessary.
- The ability to organise workload and structure the working day efficiently.
- Ensure all work is conducted to a high standard.
- Working in a busy environment, with a good variation of duties.
About you:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a vehicle mechanic.
- Ability and understanding of diagnostic tools.
- Experience of fleet maintenance would be beneficial.
- Independent garage experience would be advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
