My client, a specialist engineering manufacturer, has a fantastic opportunity for a self-reliant IT Support Lead. This role would suit a confident IT specialist, with strong ERP skills and who likes to work autonomously with confidence to support external service providers. Whatβs on offer: * Working on days with an early finish on Fridays! * Up to Β£50k Neg DOE * Great company team and culture * Excellent pension scheme and life assurance * Free onsite parking * Sick pay scheme and cash health plan The Job: * Maintain and develop company infrastructure (servers physical and virtual) * Manage network connectivity and associated devices. * Desktop and laptop deployment support * Maintain telephony network connectivity. * Software support for Windows, Office, CAD systems * ERP systems maintenance and troubleshooting * Provide day to day technical support to users. * Manage system updates and backups and overall security. About you: * Strong understanding of ERP systems with demonstrable experience * Broad technical knowledge across server networks and associated software * Good all-round IT background with the ability to develop and improve systems. * Proven experience collaborating with external suppliers. * Relevant qualifications would be a distinct advantage. * Clear and patient communicator when supporting employees.
