The Job:
- Develop and build expertise within fire stoppage and fire-retardant materials
- Deliver practical and theoretical installation training both on and off site for clients
- Create and manage the overall training plan working with the R&D team
- Training records management and continual improvement of programmes delivered
- Support in performing product demos for clients and new business
- Travel to training and installation locations to deliver support and advice
- Cover London and outer areas of the south of England
About You:
- A working knowledge of the installation of fire stoppage and fire-retardant materials
- Good understanding of products in both passive and active fire protection
- Happy to deliver training programmes to personnel at all levels
- Good IT skills and comfortable with CRM systems and reporting
- Experience of on-site inspection would be desirable, although not essential
- Confident to deliver product information to a group of people, varying in size and ability
